Geiger Entropy Oracle
Randomness oracle on X1 fed by radioactive decay measured with Geiger counters.
Built by Echo Hound Labs · listed 1 Oct

GERO is a randomness oracle on X1 whose entropy comes from physical radioactive decay, measured by Geiger counters that node operators run. Programs request a random value and the oracle fulfils it on chain. Each request costs 0.01 XNT.
On 21 October GERO v9.1c was live on mainnet with 1,168 requests and 1,159 served. One operator ran one node. Projects including RISE Phoenix and X1 Capy Warriors use it for minting.
ENTROPY, a mined utility token for the oracle, is only on testnet (as tENTROPY) and has not launched on mainnet.
