AAPL and wXNT are coming to the bridge
AAPL is being added, and wXNT is being enabled so XNT can trade on Solana.

Two additions to the Warp bridge on 22 September: Apple stock (AAPL) can now come to X1, and XNT can go the other way, onto Solana as wXNT.
What it is
Warp is X1's official bridge to Solana. It locks a token on one chain and mints the same amount on the other. Seven guardians watch each side and five of them must agree before anything is released, according to the bridge's own Info page.
- AAPL arrives on X1 as AAPL.X, backed by the Apple xStock held on Solana.
- XNT goes out to Solana as wXNT, backed by XNT held on X1.
Why it's good for X1
wXNT is the bigger news. Until now, buying XNT meant coming to X1 first. With wXNT on Solana, XNT can be listed, traded and held in Solana wallets and DEXs, where far more traders already are. Every wXNT is backed by real XNT locked on X1, so demand on Solana pulls XNT out of circulation on X1. On 21 October about 15,600 wXNT existed on Solana.
AAPL adds one of the most widely held stocks to the set already on X1, so someone can hold stocks and crypto in one X1 wallet.
Limits
- wXNT: 10 to 5,000 XNT per transfer, a 1 million XNT daily cap each way and a 0.25% fee.
- AAPL: up to 15 shares per transfer and 30 a day, with a 0.25% fee.
What to watch
- A bridged token is only as safe as the bridge behind it. Warp's 5-of-7 guardian set is a trust assumption.
- Liquidity for both is still thin. Check the price on both sides before moving size.
