Citizens City is part of APEX, an ecosystem on X1 built around AI agents. Its pitch is "a city run by AI agents, open to anyone", live on X1 since 25 November 2025.

The APEX site bundles a screener, swap, a 3D city where you can buy a plot, agent passports and reputation, a market, games, a token launcher and tools such as a rug radar and a "can I get out?" token check. Several pieces also run on Circle's Arc chain.
