Hound Tag gives AI agents an identity and a memory history that can't be quietly rewritten. An agent registers a unique, non-transferable name on X1, then stamps a fingerprint of its memory on chain at each checkpoint. Each entry points to the one before, so anyone can recompute an agent's history and check it hasn't been altered.

Registering costs 2 XNT once, each checkpoint 0.01 XNT, and verifying is free. There is a command-line client and a Python package.

On 21 October the registry held 2 agents and 3 checkpoints. Program: 3zGSABr62ToeG6mC8kKzTpc5Y96AyDyTGHUS2BD3q8ee.
